HLA Typing Antibody Detection
Antibody Detection
One Lambda’s Antibody Detection products have been designed to monitor transplant patients, both pre- and post-transplant. They are used to detect HLA antibodies that may cause graft rejection. With five different product lines, One Lambda allows laboratories to choose a solution that best suits their needs.
- Our FlowPRA® products provide HLA PRA screening and antibody specificity assignment by flow cytometry.
- The Lambda Antigen Tray™ features ELISA-based assays for detection of HLA IgG antibody.
- LABScreen® PRA identifies and detects PRA and HLA specificities by LABScan™ 100 flow analyzer.
- Our Lambda Cell Trays™ detect PRA by microcytotoxicity.
- iBeads™ investigates antibodies to native conformation HLA antigens.*
iBeads™ investigates antibodies to native conformation HLA Class I antigens. Using a panel of color coded microbeads, that have a reduced amount of denatured antigens, researchers can investigate antibody reactivity in unsensitized individuals.FlowPRAThe FlowPRA® product line offers screening and specific antibody detection assays using flow cytometry. Both the FlowPRA® Screening and Specific tests can assign Percent Panel Reactive Antibody (PRA), while FlowPRA® Specific tests assign antibody specificity. FlowPRA® Single Antigen tests assist in the analysis of specificities, especially in high PRA sera.
The LABScreen® product line, consisting of LABScreen® PRA, LABScreen® Mixed, and LABScreen® Single Antigen, uses a panel of color-coded microspheres coated with HLA antigens to determine percent PRA and to identify antibody specificities. The LABScreen® line is part of the Lambda Array Beads Multi-Analyte System (LABMAS), utilizing the LABScan™ 100 flow analyzer for data acquisition and analysis.
Lambda Antigen Trays™ (LAT) Lambda Antigen Trays are economical and convenient ELISA-based assays for the detection of HLA IgG antibody. The product line includes an LAT™ Mixed assay, which may be used as a pre-screening test. In addition, the LAT™ features pools of HLA antigens, which allow the determination of percent PRA and the identification of specific HLA Class I and Class II antibodies on a single tray.
